Australia-Wide Orders

Free Delivery for orders over $100 RRP within Australia.

Orders below $100 RRP incurs a flat rate of $12 for Delivery.

*Please note to receive a parcel a signature is required. If no one is home when initial delivery is made, a card will be left to indicate a failed delivery attempt, and you can contact the delivery company to arrange for a suitable time for delivery.

*Redirected delivery: incures an additional charge may be applied. Amount depends on redirect location and courier company rates.

Allow Three to Five business days for order processing. Please note this is subject to destination and product availability. 

Delivery CAN NOT be made to any PO Box addresses. Please ensure you provide a street address when entering your order.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
At Condura we pride ourselves on our quality and our customer service. We want you to enjoy your online shopping experience and be excited by your purchases. If you are unhappy with anything you have bought from our website, we will gladly exchange it for something else or give you your money back.


If you change your mind…
We will gladly offer you an exchange or refund for products unworn and in original condition, if returned within 14 days of you receiving the product. Our customer service representative will email you with an online returns authorisation number (ORA). Please quote your ORA number and post the items and proof of purchase to:

In the event that your product is lost in transit, Condura will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns by Insured Registered Post. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Please note that your proof of purchase can be an invoice or email confirmation from Condura recording that payment has been received. 

Upon the return of the goods, you will be liable for any postage fee.

 
If you find a fault…

We will happily exchange the item if we still have it, refund your money or we may need to repair it if the item is no longer in stock. Our customer service representative will email you with an online returns authorisation number (ORA). Please quote your ORA number and post the items and proof of purchase to:

Upon receipt of the goods, Condura will refund the postage back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase and then send the goods back to you.
